The Candidate Intelligence Platform

Finally. The job search intelligence companies never wanted you to have.

Companies have always known more about you than you knew about them. JobGauge closes that gap, starting with the role history they never intended you to see.

You did everything right. The process didn't.

The Ghosting Problem

Six months.
Five rounds.
Then silence.

Weeks of preparation. Multiple rounds. Endless follow ups. And then nothing. Companies go dark and candidates are left with no record, no feedback, and nowhere to turn.

JobGauge changes that. For the first time candidates have somewhere to share what happened. Anonymously. Without professional risk.

JobGauge tracks millions of job listings continuously across major job boards. Some recently posted roles may have limited history while our tracking builds over time.
The Problem

The job market wasn't built for you. We are.

Employers know how long a role has been open, how many times it has been reposted, and whether they are serious about filling it. Candidates have never had access to any of that. JobGauge puts that information back in your hands before you apply.

The Reality

By the numbers, right now.

75%

Of job seekers report being ghosted after an interview

No rejection. No feedback. Just silence. Three out of four candidates say they have been ghosted by an employer after investing real time in an interview process. For most people, this is not the exception. It is the norm. And until now, there was no record of it happening.
Indeed · 2025
78%

Say their hiring experience reveals how a company truly values its people

Candidates are paying attention. Nearly four out of five say the way a company treats them during the hiring process tells them everything they need to know about what it would be like to work there. But right now, there is no way to see that before you apply.
CareerBuilder · 2025
24%

Of candidates say they were satisfied with the interview process

Only one in four. The other 76% walked away frustrated, confused, or disrespected. They had opinions. They had experiences worth sharing. But there was no structured place to say so and no way for the next candidate to benefit from what they learned.
CareerPlug · 2025 Candidate Experience Report
What We Believe

The hiring process should be a two way evaluation.

Nine months open. Salary dropped twice. Three hires quit. The company posting this role knows all of that. You are walking in with a job description and a gut feeling. Right now, companies interview you while you interview blind.

Public data, organized for you. JobGauge tracks the public record of how companies actually hire. Not opinions. Not guesses. Posting dates, reposts, salary changes. You decide what it means for your next move.

Walk in informed. Walk out heard. Every candidate deserves to know what they are getting into before they invest their time, and have somewhere to say what really happened after.

🚫

No employer relationships

No sponsored listings, no pay to play, no incentive to make any company look better than its record.
📊

Record, not opinion

Posting dates, reposts, salary changes, timeline. We surface the facts. You interpret them.
🔒

Candidate first, always

Every feature, every design choice, every data decision is made for the person applying.
👤

Honest without risk

Your identity is verified then permanently separated from your review before it is stored. Be candid.
How It Works

Three steps. That is it.

1

Search the role you are considering

Enter a job title and company or paste the posting URL. We pull everything we have on that role including how long it has been listed, how many times it has been reposted, and whether anything changed between postings.
2

Read the history before you apply

See the full posting timeline clearly. First posted, pulled, reposted, salary shifts, description edits. In two minutes you will know more about this role than most candidates learn through an entire interview process.
3

Share your experience after

If you interview, tell us what it was like. Anonymous, fast, and meaningful. Every review builds a more honest picture of what it is actually like to be a candidate at that company for everyone who comes after you.

Know before you apply.

Look up any role and see what candidates were never meant to. Or share what happened when you interviewed.

Coming Soon

Every company has a hiring reputation.
And now we're measuring it.

Before you spend weeks in a process, you deserve to know what that experience is actually like. The JobGauge Score is a structured, candidate-verified rating of how every company treats the people who interview there, built from the six signals that matter most.

Why this exists

The hiring process is broken for candidates. The data proves it.

Whether you were kept waiting with no update, interviewed for a role that bore no resemblance to the job description, completed a take-home assignment with no feedback, or simply never heard back after four rounds, you experienced something worth naming.

JobGauge is where that experience gets counted. Not just ghosting. The whole picture: every stage, every signal, every interaction between a company and the people it considers hiring.

77%
of candidates have been ghosted after at least one round of interviews.
60%
report a negative overall experience during the hiring process regardless of outcome.
83%
say a bad interview experience changes how they view the company as a whole.
3.7×
more likely to share a bad experience than a positive one, yet no structured record exists.
What we measure

Six signals. One honest Score.

What candidates actually experience, measured across six dimensions.

Ghosting Rate

Did the company go silent after contact was made? The most disrespectful thing a company can do to a candidate and the heaviest signal in the Score.

Response Time

How long did candidates wait between stages? Slow, unpredictable communication signals a company that does not respect the time of the people applying to work there.
Score weight

JD Accuracy

Did the role in the interview match what was posted? Misrepresentation wastes candidate time and signals a company that does not take its own job descriptions seriously.
Score weight

How it works

From your review to a published Score.

1

You submit a verified review

Sign in via LinkedIn, Google, or work email. Your identity is verified then permanently separated from your review before it is stored.
2

We moderate for quality

Every submission is reviewed before it contributes to a Score. Accuracy and integrity are non-negotiable.
3

Your review joins the record

Every verified review is stored against that company's profile. As reviews accumulate, they form the foundation of a structured, honest picture of what it is like to interview there.
4

The picture gets clearer

Every new review adds depth. Over time, patterns emerge: how companies communicate, how long they take, whether they follow through. That is the JobGauge Score taking shape.

Your experience matters to the next person in line.

Our Core Commitment
JobGauge Inc. exists to serve job seekers. We will never sell your data, share your identity with employers, or connect your name to any review you submit. Your identity is permanently separated from your response at the moment of submission.
01

Who We Are

JobGauge Inc. We are incorporated in the United States and our services are currently available to U.S.-based candidates only.

02

Information We Collect

JobGauge Inc. collects only what is necessary to operate the platform and protect its integrity. The table below details exactly what we collect, when, and why.

When you sign in to submit a review

Received from LinkedIn or Google solely to confirm you are a real professional and to prevent duplicate submissions. We do not store your name, email address, profile photo, or any other personal identifiers in connection with your review.
Session data
A temporary session is created to allow you to complete your submission. This session expires upon completion and is not retained.
When you submit a review
Review responses
Your answers to the interview experience survey, including structured ratings, multiple choice responses, and any optional free-text comments you choose to provide.
Submission metadata
The date and approximate time of submission, used only for data quality and moderation. Not linked to your identity.
When you browse the platform (all visitors)
Usage data
Standard web analytics including pages visited, search queries entered, and browser and device type. This data is aggregated and is not linked to any individual.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state, and optional analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You may decline analytics cookies without affecting your ability to use JobGauge.
03

How We Separate Your Identity from Your Review

This is the most important section of this policy. Here is exactly what happens when you submit a review:

  • Your OAuth identity token is used only to verify your identity and check for duplicate submissions from the same account.
  • A one-way cryptographic hash is generated from your identity token. This hash is used only to enforce the one-submission-per-company rule.
  • Your actual identity (your name, email, LinkedIn profile, or any other identifying information) is never written to the same database record as your review.
  • Once your submission is confirmed, the link between your identity and your review is permanently deleted. It cannot be reconstructed, even by JobGauge Inc.
  • Your published review contains only your responses and no information that could identify you.

This architecture means that even if JobGauge Inc. were compelled by legal process to produce records, we could not produce a record linking a specific individual to a specific review, because that record does not exist.

04

How We Use Your Information

JobGauge Inc. uses the information we collect exclusively to:

  • Verify reviewer identity and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions
  • Publish anonymized review data to help job seekers make informed decisions
  • Generate aggregated company scores and hiring trends from submission data
  • Moderate content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with our Terms of Service
  • Improve the platform through aggregated, non-identifying usage analytics
  • Communicate with you if you contact us directly

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the platform as described above.

05

What We Will Never Do

JobGauge Inc. wants to be unambiguous about practices we prohibit entirely and permanently:

  • Sell your data to any third party, for any purpose, at any price.
  • Share your identity with employers, including the companies you review, their HR departments, recruiting teams, or affiliated parties.
  • Accept payment from companies to suppress, alter, remove, or promote reviews about them.
  • Use your review to contact you with employer outreach, solicitations, or targeted communications.
  • Attempt to re-identify anonymous review submissions or reverse the anonymization process.
06

Third-Party Services and Data Processors

JobGauge Inc. uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the platform. Each is engaged as a data processor, acting only on our instructions and prohibited from using your data for their own commercial purposes.

Identity-to-submission links

  • Right to Know: You may request information about what personal data JobGauge Inc. has collected about you, how it was used, and whether it was disclosed to third parties.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because we separate identity from review data at submission, we may not be able to identify which review was submitted by you, which is by design.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell personal data. This right is not applicable, but we affirm it explicitly.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a review, you grant JobGauge Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, aggregate, analyze, and distribute your review content in anonymized form for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

This license does not permit JobGauge Inc. to sell your review content to third parties, attribute your review to you by name, or use your content for any purpose beyond operating the platform as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Because reviews are published anonymously and cannot be linked back to you after submission, we cannot fulfill requests to edit or delete a specific review after it has been published. This is a consequence of our anonymization architecture, which is designed to protect all reviewers equally.
